Ground, replenish, restore

droopy crocus on a gray day

Does the world have you feeling droopy and vulnerable like these crocus? Emerging into spring after a long, heavy, drawn-out winter rife with political and economic turmoil and turbulence … it’s not a walk in the park. I’m seeing so many of my clients in this tender state.

However, while they may look delicate and frail, spring flowers are built to be resilient in tough conditions. And so are people. We can dig deep, summon up our inner strength, and show up for ourselves and others.

GROUND - REPLENISH - RESTORE

If you are in need of a restorative boost, or if you would enjoy basking in some powerful energy, I hope you’ll join me for an online group session on Thursday, April 9 focusing on clearing and fortifying the solar plexus chakra, the power center of our energy field. This is the final session in a three-part series focusing on the lower chakras.

The solar plexus chakra helps us summon the confidence and personal authority we need to face whatever lies ahead. It helps us identify and clarify our boundaries with the world. And as the digestive engine of the chakra system, it is constantly processing internal and external energies, sorting what’s nourishing from what’s toxic.

This is the part of our energy system most susceptible to getting sluggish, congested, and stopped-up — a deep clearing is probably overdue for all of us.

We’ll do guided meditation and energy balancing practices designed to help realign you with your own power while generating the confidence to take on whatever is in store. More details here.
