In my experience studying, practicing, and receiving energy work over the past 30 years, I’ve noticed that many of my most profound shifts came from being part of a committed group of like-hearted people.

I created the Energy Incubator to provide a powerful group experience that is flexible and spacious enough to fit with a busy schedule yet still transformative, supportive, and transporting.

Alexa’s Energy Incubator will run in two series of nine weeks each combining powerful 1:1 healing sessions, dynamic group practices, thoughtful meditations, group support + personalized guidance.

GROUND
October 6 - December 8, 2026

Focusing on the energies of the Hara Line, Root, Sacral, and Solar Plexus chakras, we will work one-on-one and in a group to:

  • cultivate more energy, motivation + resilience

  • generate deeper embodiment + vitality

  • free your creativity + expression

  • amplify your personal power

  • clarify your purpose + direction

  • learn to work with and understand your own energy anatomy

GROW
February 2 - April 6, 2027

Focusing on the energies of the Heart, Throat, Brow, and Crown chakras, we will work one-on-one and in a group to:

  • nurture self-compassion + grace

  • practice loving presence

  • align with and express your higher purpose

  • hone your innate intuitive abilities

  • learn to work with and understand your own energy anatomy

  • delight in and share your bright, expansive, joyful essence

    THREE 90-minute deep-dive sessions with me one on one to clear and fortify your chakras, align and balance your field, and cultivate meaningful change
