Seeking intuitive detectives

unusual light in the garden

June 2025

I’ve been busy cooking up a big, new offering that will launch later this summer, and it is taking up most of my creative, deep-thinking energy. So for this month’s newsletter I am going to do some crowd-sourcing!

In my psychic potluck supper that I wrote about last month, we would often share experiences that were open to different interpretations and understandings. Instead of trying to tell someone how to understand their experience, each of us would interpret it as if it were our own. For example, “If that were my dream, I would think it meant…” This led to some lively, vulnerable, and surprising exchanges that would often have unexpected resonances for the original sharer.

So here is the experience I need some help interpreting. I went out into my backyard the other day to take a photo of a patch of blooming irises. When I looked through my camera lens I saw this unusual light reflection (pictured above). I moved the camera around, looked up and around it, and tried to figure out what was causing it. Something on my lens? Something in the air? Whatever it was, I couldn’t recreate it anywhere else. This particular light stayed right where it was.

If you saw this light formation in your backyard, what would you think it was? What would be your intuitive interpretation or scientific explanation?

Reply with your response starting with, “If I saw this light formation in my backyard…” and I will compile and share them (anonymously) here. Take it lightly, have fun, and get intuitive or scientific! I really do want to hear what you think — if you share a response, I will use my intuition to pick a divination card for you with a loving message of guidance.

I look forward to hearing from you. And I’m so excited to invite you into an empowering new way of working together — stay tuned!
