Energy Balancing + Intuitive Healing refers to a combination of techniques and skills that I have developed and honed over the years. I work mainly with deficiencies, excesses, and blocks in the chakras (the body's energy centers) and the energy field.
Stress, unhealthy behaviors, unexpressed emotions, limiting beliefs, and trauma -- personal and inherited -- all create blocks and imbalances in the field that can turn into discomfort, disorder, or disease if left unaddressed. My approach can bring clarity and relief on a deep level without having to relive, recall, or discuss any of the above.
My training, guidance, and inspiration has come from an array of teachers and workshops, foundational texts by Barbara Brennan, Anodea Judith, Caroline Myss, Donna Eden, and Jonathan Goldman, training in the Silva Method, and a two-year Healing Light Energetics program.
What happens in a session?
Each session begins with a brief check-in, then clients lie fully clothed on a massage table while I bring them into a meditative state or "relaxation response," allowing the body to switch into heal and repair mode. I sense into the energy field and use my hands on or around the body to clear, charge, and balance the chakras and ease the system back into balance.*
The most common experience during treatment is deep relaxation and calm. Clients also report a wide range of sensations including heat, stirring or bubbling, tingling, heaviness, or emotional releases. After the session, I discuss what I perceived, suggest self-care practices, and make recommendations for follow-up sessions as needed.
As everyone’s energy and state of health is unique, the experience of each session and the number and frequency of recommended sessions varies. Effects from the healing might be felt immediately or emerge after a few days or weeks as shifts are incorporated. I am committed to providing a beneficial experience for everyone's overall well-being.
