Alexa leads interactive group workshops in Amherst with practices designed to fundamentally realign our energy systems for balance, clarity, and ease.
Depending on the goal, participants may do breathing exercises, tapping on energy meridians, stretching, guided meditation, and self-inquiry, discussion, and practice.
No experience or physical agility is required -- most of the practices can be done while sitting in a chair. Her goal is for everyone to leave invigorated and replenished with a toolbox full of nourishing techniques and practices. All are welcome.
